September begins with a busy couple of days for Blackpool Senior Seasiders, with our Over 50s, Over 60s and Over 70s all in action before the Over 65s return to the pitch in October.
Over 70s at Heywood
The Over 70s travel to Heywood Sports Village on Wednesday 2 September for their latest Greater Manchester Walking Football League matchday.
Their fixtures are:

With four matches against familiar league opponents, it promises to be another competitive outing for the squad.
Over 60s Continue Their League Campaign

Five fixtures await them against:
- Ribble Valley
- Salcom
- Bolton Arena Blues
- Bolton Arena
- Fleetwood Town Flyers
It will be a demanding session, but another valuable opportunity for the Over 60s to collect points and continue their league campaign.
Over 50s Start League Campaign vs Fleetwood
There’s a Fylde Derby on offer as our Over 50s take on Fleetwood Town Flyers Over 50s in the first league game of The Lancashire Walking Football League Championship. The game is on September 20th at Poolfoot Farm, kicking off at 12:30pm.
Forvik Return to Common Edge
The Over 65s complete the current programme when they welcome Forvik FC Over 65s to Common Edge Community Sports Village on Thursday 1 October, also kicking off at 8:00pm.
The two teams have already enjoyed one closely contested meeting, so another competitive and enjoyable game should be in prospect.
Good luck to everyone representing the Seasiders. Players, members and supporters can find the latest details, squad announcements and any fixture changes on our Upcoming Fixtures page.
